How to Enable Copilot in PowerPoint
Check Your Subscription and License
- Ensure you have an eligible Microsoft 365 subscription (such as Business Standard, Business Premium, Business Basic, Apps for business/enterprise, E3, or E5).
- You must also have a Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on license assigned to your account. This add-on is purchased separately and is required for Copilot features in PowerPoint.

Update Microsoft PowerPoint
- Open PowerPoint and go to
File > Account > Update Options > Update Now
to ensure you have the latest version.
